Like I previously stated, There is a mixture of both theory and practice used in my teaching style. It is more focused on the practice. Demonstration of specific techniques is essential in this type of environment. There always can be additional physical actives and learning vocabulary associated with any course, this is why I integrate vocabulary into the classroom. I also try to customize fitness programs to fit the individual students needs and goals.
